Return Period
- You have 30 days from purchase date to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase or a receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at energize@ilive4fit.co.za to start your return process.
- If approved, you need to ship the product back to us. Shipping cost is for your own account. Address: 142 Old Kent Drive, Midstream Estate, Johannesburg, 1692
- Once received and inspected, and approved the refund will be done.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
- Upon receiving your order, please check it immediately. If you find:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items received
Contact us right away to address the issue.
Exceptions - Non-Returnable Items
- The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Have questions about your specific item? Feel free to reach out to us.
- Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
- For the quickest resolution, return the item you have and make a new purchase for the item you want after your return is accepted.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund decision.
- If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
