iLive4Fit Return Policy

Return Period

  • You have 30 days from purchase date to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received:
    • Unused
    • Unopened
    • In original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase or a receipt. 

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at energize@ilive4fit.co.za to start your return process.
  • If approved, you need to ship the product back to us. Shipping cost is for your own account. Address: 142 Old Kent Drive, Midstream Estate, Johannesburg, 1692
  • Once received and inspected, and approved the refund will be done. 
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Upon receiving your order, please check it immediately. If you find:
    • Defective or damaged items
    • Incorrect items received 

Contact us right away to address the issue.

Exceptions - Non-Returnable Items

  • The following cannot be returned:
    • Opened or used products
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
    • Custom or personalized products
  • Have questions about your specific item? Feel free to reach out to us.
  • Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • For the quickest resolution, return the item you have and make a new purchase for the item you want after your return is accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund decision.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
