Delivery within South Africa
- Infinity Group (Pty) Ltd, trading as iLive4Fit, offers delivery to most urban areas in South Africa. However, delivery to remote, high-risk, or less accessible locations might be declined. If your delivery cannot be processed, we will notify you by email and provide a full refund.
Who Delivers Your Order and Where Do We Deliver?
- iLive4Fit employs a well-known e-commerce courier platform, which in turn utilizes established courier services for logistics and delivery. While we strive for efficiency, we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates due to our reliance on third-party services. Orders are processed on the same business day they are received, and you will receive an email with tracking details. - Note: Couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or post offices. Ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address including:
- Contact name
- Cell phone number
- Email address
- Street number and name
- Complex or apartment name (if applicable)
- Unit number
- City or town
- Province
- Postal code
- Important: iLive4Fit cannot offer refunds for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. It's crucial to double-check your address. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at energize@ilive4fit.co.za or via WhatsApp at +27 072 591 8697.
Delivery Services, Timelines, and Rates
- All Orders have FREE Shipping in South Africa only:
- Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery timelines begin from the order date:
- Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day count as Day 1.
- Orders after 14:00 or on non-business days start counting the next business day.
- Practical Delivery Estimates:
- Gauteng: 1-2 working days after dispatch
- Other Metro Areas in SA: 3-4 working days
- More Remote Towns: 4-5 working days
These are general guidelines and not a promise of delivery times.
Important Delivery Conditions:
- Deliveries occur during normal working hours. Ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
- If no one is available at home, consider using a work address.
- Delivery might not be feasible to remote areas, plots, farms, mines, power stations, embassies, government departments, or high-risk security zones. iLive4Fit reserves the right to cancel such orders with a refund provided.
“Click & Collect” Services
- Currently, iLive4Fit does not offer click and collect services.
Ownership and Responsibility
- Ownership transfers to you upon delivery. iLive4Fit is not liable for any loss or misuse of products post-delivery.
Timelines for Dispatch
- Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched on the same day; after 14:00, they are dispatched the next business day.
- Orders placed on Friday after 14:00 are dispatched on Monday (unless it's a public holiday).
Orders Lost in Transit
- In the rare case of a lost order, iLive4Fit will dispatch a replacement immediately while dealing with the courier company, sparing you the hassle.
